how to be a more positive person!

well idk if you know about the law of attraction but having a negative mind set is pretty much the worst thing you can do, since you attract the vibrations you're sending out. so if you're feeling down, you can read this post with little fast tips on how to up your mood.

well now that you're feeling good (hopefully) you should keep yourself in a positive mindset. Try being more optimistic for example. See the good side of things. This might sound as if i's easier said then done, but if you do it for a while it gets easier and you might even do it without trying the next time.

next point is self love. Compliment yourself when you look in the mirror, or do something  nice to feel prettier, like put a lipstick on or do your hair. Of course the first step is to trat yourself well, like shower daily to keep your body clean and eat healthier to have more energy and prevent diseases, etc.  try finding time at least once a week to take care of yourself, do a self care ritual, with a face mask, scrubs, do your nails, even if it's just putting clear nail polish on them or filing them. I might do a post about an easy and a more elaborate self care routine.

so what now? Try to watch better things, things that raise your vibration, like comedies, or challenges or even childhood movies and cartoons (just stay away from Bambi haha) that is a nice way to tighten your vibrations, you could watch something funny right when waking up, because a good laugh first thing in the morning will set your mood for the day to come, and if you're happy durning the day your  vibrations will be so much more positive and stronger. so just try to stay away from tragic stories. and replace it with happy ones.

another way to be more positive, is to meditate. Meditation declutters your mind, which will leave you feeling a lot less stressed. and stress is a major low energy source. so Try to meditate even if it's just 15 minutes. if you think you can't then try 5 minutes, or 3 minutes. Whatever it takes to get you started. an app I like is "breath" because you can set an "endless timer" and a signal every "X" minutes. so if you set the signal to 5 minutes, it will beep every 5 minutes and but you can still keep going.

And as always one of he best ways to be positive, is to spend time with loved ones. you could call or meet a friend or your family, even 5 minutes on the phone is enough to be more positive during the day so make it a goal to talk to someone you like at least once a day. and hearing the persons voice is far more powerful than just texting them.











so there your go, some ways to be more positive, and have higher vibrations, because if you're positive, you'll only attract more positivity in your life.
