little things to make you happy in a few minutes!

So everybody feels down from time to time, and there's nothing wrong with it! so the best thing to do is to let go of whatever is making you feel negative and up you vibrations to attract happiness.

so the first thing would be to deal with what might be making you sad, see you can write a letter to whatever it is that is bringing you down.if you don't know exactly what it is, then you can write something like boring pages (I think some call them monkey pages too but I'm not sure) and just take a pen and write 3 pages without thinking about it. Just start and it will bring you to where you need to be.

so the next step is to start slow, so go get snack you like (preferably healthy because a healthy body helps crate a happy mind) so take that and eat while watching something funny like idk cat videos on youtube or shane dawson, he makes me laugh.

next step, now that you're laughing do the 30 seconds dance party, just put a really happy upbeat song on and dance for at least 30 seconds, the more you do it the less you will feel bad about it. so those are 3 easy steps to get over a dark mood

I could lengthen this list sometime but foe now, those are the 3 things that never fail to up my mood :)
